How do I check if the remaining days is correct?

Maybe it's just me, but for some reason the remaining days shown on my Webroot SecureAnywhere didn't look like it update since yesterday.

It's likely I lost count and it's probably nothing wrong with it, but just in case, is there any staff on here that can assist me and confirm that my subscription is correct? Also, just a note, I'm running the software on three computers and it shows the same remaining days for them as well.

Finally got an answer - the rollover is set to the time you activated the product, so that's why it rolled over in the middle of the day.

Hello Slick,

@ could you have a look regarding Slick's subscription? To confirm how many days he has left?

Thanks!

Well that's strange, a few hours ago it said 99 days remaining and now it changed to 98 days. Is it normal for it to do that? I know it's probably not a big deal since it's one day off, but I was just wondering.

What time zone are you in?  My guess is that they all roll over at a specified time for someone, even if that isn't the end of your day locally.

My time zone is Pacific Time/PST. It's currently 12:43 p.m. as of now.

Ok let me check and see if I can find out when our rollover time is (and what zone it is in).
