Welcome to the Community Forums.

 

You should not need to enable the extensiosn explicitly; what should happen is when you open your browser(s) that is/are supported you should be prompted with the fact that there are extensions available and asked as to whether you want to enable them or not.

 

If that has not happened then you need to go to the Extensions / Addon page for your browser(s) and check that they are installed and enabled, and if not enabled then you can do that from that page.

 

Let us know if you need guidance as to how to get to the Extensions / Addon page and if so then which browser(s) you are using.

No worries. For which browser are we looking to get the extensions installed, as if it is Chrome then I can provide you with a workaround...requires a little techie knowledge but not too much. ;)
