I have purchased multiple licenses for Webroot Complete for various family members, and some live out of state. How can I find the computer name for the key code that is currently expiring? Problem is that the key number does not show up in my Webroot account. Please help me as I want to renew the license but need to make sure that the computer is still active.

Welcome to the Community Forum,
If you have multiple users, "Family" using Webroot. Are these accounts associated with their Weboot with a different email address?
You can have those users open up the Account Console and look at the PC listed there and this will tell you how many days left in the subscription.
You could have them open up Webroot and tell them to look at My Account and it will tell you how many days are left in the subscription. (This is a image from a Mac but it's the same as for the PC). You can also click on the Webroot from the taskbar/View Status..to open up the interface.
If you need help then you can always submit a Support Ticket free of charge with an active subscription.
