How do I get the Webroot password manager extension set up on my Google Chrome Browser?

I discarded my old Webroot password manager extension when I renewed my subscription and am wondering how I could reload that extension onto the Chrome Browser if that's possible. I still have it intact on my Internet Explorer, but would like to have it reinstalled on my Chrome one as well, if that's possible. I'm running Windows XP SP3 OS so that may be why I'm having trouble getting everything to sync correctly.
