trying to manually download updates but can not find where to do that. please help
There are no updates to download and thus you dont have to manually download updates 🙂
ok, let me rephrase my question. If I want to check to see if there are any new updates where in my webroot do I check for that?

To check for SecureAnywhere updates:


  1. Open SecureAnywhere (see Using the SecureAnywhere interface).
  2. Click the gear icon next to My Account.
  3. Click the About SecureAnywhere tab and click Check for software updates.
    If a newer version exists, Webroot downloads the updates to your system.
