Hello and Welcome to the Community Forum,

  Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
  • KEEP the computer online fo install to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot
Please let us know if that resolves your issue?

Thanks

Hi doughtya49

Welcome to the Community Forums.

Sheery is of course correct but just in case...if you want to reinstall you have to uninstall first, and that yyou can do via the Add  & Remove funtcion within Windows.  If you find that you do not have an entry for WSA in that function the use following command in the Command Line or Run Dialog:

"C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe" –uninstall

making sure that it is run in an elevated Command Prompt/Run as Administrator!  For more information on this please see this KB Article.

The reason I mention the uninstall is because, unlike a lot of other apps, where you can reinstall over the top of an existing installation with WSA you are not able to do so.
