how do I set up account for password management
i clicked on "set up account now" and nothing is happening.. it keeps telling me it will take 15 min to start... but ive been trying for two days

It would help if you provided a little bit more information as to exactly what that is you are doing and where, to give us some additional content to the issue that youare experienceing, so as to be able to be sure that we are providing the the right information to resolve your issue.
It could be that you are doing everything right from your end but that it is is a back office issue that is the problem in which case you would need to Open a Support Ticket to get it sorted. But before you do that please provide that extra information on where and what. ;)
