Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

So you have WSA-Complete installed and it's now expired and the pop-ups are coming from WSA? You can either renew and I hope you saved all the Online Back Up & Sync files before it expired and Passwords from the Password Manager? Or you can get a new keycode and install it to continue is that what you want to do? Or just Uninstall it? Any more info would help!

Thanks,

Daniel 😉

Welcome to the Community Forum Hoppy,:D

Sorry you are having these popups! Did you uninstall Webroot? Here's a link that might help you with unistalling Webroot.https://community.webroot.com/t5/Webroot-SecureAnywhere-Antivirus/PC-Uninstallation-Option-Missing-f...

I might add that you can uninstall Webroot from the Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs option, or from Start > All Programs > Webroot SecureAnywhere > Tools > Uninstall Webroot.

Please let us know if you need more information or if this answered your question!

EDIT: Looks like TripleHelix has helped you...

Have a great day!

Also I would like to add can you tell me when it expired? Webroot has only a few days to recover your online Data and Passwords so if you decide you want to continue with WSA please Submit a Support Ticket and they will let you know.

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
