The Webroot "icon" for my "trial version" of "internet security complete" doesn´t appear on the "list of installed programs" (Windows 8.1). As a result, I´m not able to unistall it following the usual uninstalling procedures stated by Windows 8.1. Accordingly, which is the procedure established by Webroot to uninstall their products?.
Hi GerardoErak

Welcome to the Community Forums.

WSA should uninstall normally but occassionally this does happen so if you are unable to uninstall WSA because it's not listed in Programs & Features or All Programs then you can use this Commandline or Run Dialog:

C:Program FilesWebrootWRSA.exe" –uninstall

making sure that it is run in an elevated Command Prompt/Run as Administrator (reference further details here).
