How do you get in contact with Support?
I purchased a subscription to Webroot Secure Anywhere and silly me, thought I'd be emailed a copy of my registration code. It's been 7 days with many failed attempts at looking for ways to message support. Every time I try to "Send a message to the Support Team," it says they've, "already made contact with (me)" but this is far from accurate. Am I doing something wrong?
