I purchased a subscription to Webroot Secure Anywhere and silly me, thought I'd be emailed a copy of my registration code. It's been 7 days with many failed attempts at looking for ways to message support. Every time I try to "Send a message to the Support Team," it says they've, "already made contact with (me)" but this is far from accurate. Am I doing something wrong?

If you purchased online from Webroot then you shouls ceratinly have been sent an email with your keycode...so please check you spam or junk mail folders just in case it has ended up in there.
If not then if you want to request your keycode or installation instructions to be emailed to you, click here to fill out the request form.
If you purchased Webroot SecureAnywhere from Best Buy, click here to access the latest download. Or contact Best Buy at 1-800-433-5778 to request your keycode. Be sure to mention your subscription software through Best Buy.
