How does one re-obtain access to one's password list when Webroot denies it?
Since I added a new keycode, I have been unable to access my password list. Nor do I find a way to contact the company about this. Any ideas?

Your best bet is to submit a Support Ticket and they will get your Passwords transferred to your new keycode.
