My current subscription is about to expire, so I purchased a new copy. How do I apply (or add) the days on the new keycode to the existing one? I also want to do so without losing the 20 days I still have left on the existing subscription.

Kennytan DID contact support first. It was only after they snubbed him that he ended up here seeking help, like so many others users do when renewing. 😉@ wrote:

+3Well this is happening to me right now, last year it worked fine. Last year just added my remaining days to new 365 days. This is a pain and I didn’t really care that much if I used Webroot. Now I have to deal with this again. Amazon said I can return, guess that is what I will do if they don’t fix by morning. Paid with CC and can dispute, but Amazon seems okay with sending back. Too bad, but 4 out of 5 years I go through this remaining days and it gets old. .
