How to enter new license key into phone app?

Please uninstall Webroot mobile version and go here to our Knowlege Base article for instructions on how to install Webroot to your mobile  Have your keycode available for your mobile device.

thank you for your help. My next hurdle is it is saying I cannot uninstall unless I enter my password. I do not recall ever setting a password for one. And when I go to reset my password it is now giving me a security question that I never set up.

Please follow this information below
 
Make sure you have the right version downloaded for your license of WSA. Please refer to this KB Article for help.
 
There are several other common issues, and this KB Article may help as well.
 
Next, go to the Account Console and log in. If you have not yet created your Account Console, you need to do this in order to log into the mobile apps correctly. If you do have an account and don't remeber your password, you can click can't sign in and for your security code you can click in the next box I forgot my security code.
 
Further information to uninstall Webroot from your device
