Have Internet Security Plus.  Bought CD version of Internet Security Complete to renew/upgrade.

When I run the install file on my PC, it simply opens my existing SecureAnywhere interface (with old key code, product info, etc.)

Do I need to uninstall before the CD installation will work?

Or maybe I can just update my key code from the online console?

Thanks for your thoughts.

Hello @

Welcome to the Webroot Community,

If you have a new keycode, you can activate it as follows:

  1. Open SecureAnywhere.

  2. Click the gear icon next to My Account. Your account panel displays.

  3. Under Activate a new keycode, enter the keycode you want to add and click Activate.

Note: your keycode is a string of 20 alphanumeric characters. It is unique and holds the information about your subscription. You may choose to copy and paste your keycode when prompted, to ensure that the characters are entered correctly.

If you would like to also add your keycode to your online management account, click here for instructions.

Edited: @ Also you mIght need  to submit a ticket for Support to transfer your Passwords to Complete version of Webroot.

@ can you confirm this? or @

Let us know if this resolves your issue or not.

Kind Regards,
Yes just install the new keycode and it will run a scan then you will be all set as it's the same install file for all versions of WSA also do as Sherry suggested by adding your keycode to your online console! And have a look at the picture Sherry posted as it should say Complete now.

Thanks,

Daniel 😉
Thank you - worked perfectly.  Glad you mentioned the gear icon - I am just blind to them.
Yes, my Product now says "Complete".  Thank you!
