Have you gone into your Browser's settings to see if the Webroot Toolbar Extensions are enabled?If not may I ask you what Browser you are using?



Also may I suggest trying this only if you are using a Windows PC. If you have a Mac then please let me know!

Welcome to the Community Forums...have responded to your other post on the subject but have replicated that answer here for completeness.

 

As you are posting in the AV forum I assume that this isthe version of WSA that you are using?

 

If that is case then I am afraid that this version does not come with the Password Manager functionality, which is what the Toolbar is for.  The PM is only availble as part of the Internet SecuritynPlus and Complete versions.
