I cannot seem to unlock my IOS devices...will not accept my password.

Hi, I am having a problem unlocking the key/password feature.

    If you are using an older version of an iOS device, you can try using Siri to unlock without losing data. This is the step:
    Please open Siri to open the world clock > click on the world clock > you will see the list of music and tunes selected for use as alarm ringtones and the "buy more music" button, click this button > go to the iTunes store > now, click the home button . If you see the main screen, you have unlocked the iOS device without a password.
