I have Webroot SecureAnywhere....I switched ISP's from Chrome to Firefox. I don't know how to place WR toolbar into Firefox.

Welcome to the Community Forums.
You should not have to replace anything...just open up Firefox and you should then be offered the option to enable the Webroot Extensions (Filtering & Password Manager). Go to Settings > Addons and check to see if the extensions are present or not and if so then whether they are enabled.
There has been quite a bit of change in this area sign Mozilla decided to prevent the enabling of unsigned extensions from 3rd parties...but I believe that the issue has now been resolved. Please see this previous thread for some pertinent details.
