I get a non email recognition when I try to activate the tool bar.

Would you be kind enough to explain a little more as to what you mean by "a non email recognition"?  And also what you mean by "activate" the Toolbar?

 

I will hazzard a guess that in the first case you are saying that you emial address is not recognised when you try to loginto the Password Manager signon that you reach from the browser tool bar?

 

If that is the case then have you set up your Online Account? If not that may well be the cause of the issue and in this case please refer to this KB Article that explains how to set on up.
