I have changed ISP's in the past month. I need to be able to remove the User ID I use to have with Verizon and have it recognize that I have a different ID with Comcast. So far this is not reflected. I was desperate enough to remove WSAC and download Norton....I am not happy with this version of Norton....nor any other for that matter. My concern is HOW TO GET THIS corrected.
I know the new one I just bought will do that...but I still had 227 days left on the other one?????
Any ideas??? I have discovered the ISP change was not for the better...I am returnining to Verizon.

Hello td777, welcome to the Community!
Changing the email address is not something that we as users can do, but Webroot Support should be able to help out on this!
Please submit a Trouble Ticket and explain the situation. Please note, do NOT add to or edit your ticket once submitted. Doing so will alter the date/time stamp, and thus push your ticket to the back of the queue. I do not know the current wait time for a reply, but typically it runs 2 hours or less, except maybe on Monday mornings :)
Like you, the LAST thing any of us wants to see if you going back to Norton! Have patience and let Support take care of this for you 🙂
