after the uninstall fo webroot all the files are gone from the webroot directory _ i still have the installiation disk and password
and i can't log in to my webroot acct
i installed fix-it utilities but i uninstalled webroot _ now all the files are gone in directory _

I have to say that I am at a bit of a loss to understand what the issue is as you say that you uninstalled WSA and therefore I would not expect there to be any files in the Webroot directory. Have I misunderstood the issue? If so then please provide clarification.
