I installed WebRoot on my tablet but it keeps telling me the SecureAnywhere Keycode is incorrect. I know it isn't because I'm copying it right off the packaging. Help me before I go insane!!
Hi njgirl0976

Welcome to the Community Forums.

May I first of all ask which OS your tablet is running under?  If it is WIndows then we need to treat the WSA installation as per a PC but if Android then you are using the Mobile version.  Given the preponderence of other than Windows tablets I will plump for the latter and here are a few things you can do that may help.

The first is to check your account settings in the Account Console  Log into your Console, and then at the upper right hand corner click your email address.  That will bring a drop down menu, click Manage Users.  In here, review the permissions for the account you are trying to use.  Everything should be set to Access or above.  You may need to edit the profile to allow permissions for Mobile Security, Passwords, and Backup & Sync.

Also, you must make sure you are using the correct download.  See this KB Article for help in determining which Android version you need for your mobile devices.  Also please take a look also at this KB Article that has additional information as well.

I hope this helps, but please let us know if you still have problems!

Regards, Baldrick
