I recently renewed my subscription but it keeps saying it is "expired"

I recently renewed my subscription but it keeps saying it is "expired" even though I am protected. I made sure there are no previous versions left on the computer. What can I do to remove this "expired" thing? I am supposed to be protected for another year. It should show how many days left instead of "expired".

Did you renew directly through Webroot or do you have a Best Buy Subscription version and thus renewed through Best Buy?
