I just created a new file and saved it to my Webroot Anywhere folder. It however does not show up in that folder when I open up my account online. It shows it in the folder on the PC that I created the document, but I can't access it anywhere else. I also noticed that it does not have the green circle on the icon like all the other files do that do show up.
Update: now there is a yellow circle on this file instead of the green like all the other accessible files.

How large is the file you are trying to backup? If it is large, it may take a little while to complete the upload.
Also, if you are on a laptop the default setting for backup is that it will not backup when running on battery power. This can be changed in the advanced Settings though. You may also want to check and see if you are set for scheduled backup. If so, it will not backup until the set scheduled time.
