Hello and Welcome to the Community Forum, @

#1- Deactivate the oldest Lenovo subscription. Make sure you check the Subscription dates. If you have two different keycodes keep the newest one for your Lenovo.

#2- Please download from here, for your HP.

Please follow the steps closely!

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
  • KEEP the computer online for the enstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot
#3- I would uninstall McAfee..why bog your system down when Webroot is all you need.  You can install Webroot and then remove McAfee.

Followed your directions and it is all good now. Thanks so much.

BTW Webroot found malware that Mcafee didn't. Glad I got this on the new PC now.
