I'm getting a "gray" logo for my webroot. Not green, as usually is. It has a BLUE exclamation mark on it. Can someone
telll me what's this about?

Welcome to the Community Forums.
A greyed out icon means that there is a configuration setting or one or more Shields are 'Off'...but I have never come across a BLUE exclamation mark associated with it, usually it is amber or red.
Would you open the ESA main panel, run through the tabs yo find there and double check each of the Shield settings to make sure they are on.
