Installing webroot from disc

Do you have it installed already? Do you see a Green Orb with a W by the clock?

If so hover over it and can you tell us the version number as the latest release is v8.0.6.44 also Double click on the Orb and it will open the main interface.

Yes I have it installed, I purchased the computer last year and it came with Secure Anywhere version v8.0.6.44 installed. This version will expire in 16 days.  I purchased internet security complete on disc. I double clicked on the on the orb and it opened the interface.  Where do I go from there?

What Product version are you running now WSA-Complete, WSA-Anti-Virus, WSA- Internet Security Plus and did you buy your new PC at Best Buy US and do you you have a Subscription via Geek Squad just asking to be sure? OK was it from Best Buy US and if it is a Subscription via Geek Squad? Also do you use the password manager?

Okay 1 last thing do you use the Password Manager? http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C7_PasswordManagement/CH7_PasswordManagement.htm because when you add the new keycode you will lose your saved Passwords so you need to save them. Also are you sure your not under automatic renewal via Geek Squad? here is some info on the Passwords even though it's older version it's still the same: http://download.webroot.com/WSAPasswordsUserGuide_8.0.1.pdf and are you willing to lose the remaining time as you can wait till the last day and i will show you how to install the Boxed version?

I do not use password manager so that won't be an issue.  I don't believe I am under auto renewal although there is a link to renew with Geek Squad support.  I am willing to lose the remaining time to get the new subscription installed.
