Internet Explorer issues with Webroot

Webroot Identity Shield will not allow me to watch Netflix through Internet Explorer -- only get sound, no streaming. If I disable Identity Shield, Netflix works fine in Internet Explorer. Webroot does not interfere with Netflix when I use Firefox or Chrome.
 
When I use Internet Explorer to play my Knight's Fable game on Facebook ... I consistently get a threat found alert.
Win32.LocalInfect.2 pops up several times. I tried disabling Identity Shield, still got the error.
This error does not occur when I use Chrome.

I just started using Webroot and I am unfamiliar with the disable -- would rather not attempt that. Might have to for a better report.

Edited: Look here at the PC User Guide.
 
 Also you can Submit a Support Ticket because they may have to whitelist your game

    I looked through the hand book and found the problem under PC Security Block/Allow
