Is there any way to increase the disk quota in Backup&Sync?

You can upgrade your license. Open the WSA interface. Cick the 'gear tool' next to My Account. Click the Upgrade/Renew button.
This should open the renew/upgrade web page, and it should have the available options for increasing your online storage.
