I am installing my previously purchased software.

When you are finishing up they want to access the internet but they say they can't.

I can switch to IE and hit the internet.

 

What is stopping the install - what settings can I change or is there a trace record that will give information on the block.

When the software is installed, right-click the Webroot icon and then click Control Active Processes. See if you can find the software that you have installed and is running, and whether it is listed as Allowed, Monitored, or Blocked.
