Using Webroot complete version. Windows 7 OS had to be re-installed on my computer. Now in process of re-installing some 35 software programs. Adobe only has chat support. so I relayed my questions. When chat person came on I typed in my comment in the text box. Eventhough I hit the "enter" key on the keyboard, it didn't go through. do you know if there is anything in Webroot that would block sent a chat response? Thank You!

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!
Can you check these 3 places to see if anything is under Monitored? http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C10_SystemControl/CH10b_ControllingProcesses.htm and here if it's blocked: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C4_Firewall/CH4c_ManagingActiveConnections.htm and here: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C5_Quarantine/CH5b_BlockingAllowingFiles.htm also does it happen on other Browsers and which one are you having the issue with?
Thanks,
Daniel 😉

* Link 2 - managing Active Conections - everything makred "allow"
* Link 3 - Blocking/Allowing Files - displayed only 1 file which is marked 'allow". It is: auto.kms.exe in c:windowsautokms

Okay I did ask which Browser? Now to check to see if it is WSA can you Shut Down WSA by going down to the Green Orb by the clock and Right Click and Click on Shut Down Protection after that is done see if it works as it's supposed to and if it does then you will need to Submit a Support Ticket so they can look into it further. Please let us know what they come up with as it could help other users with this type of issue. Make sure to restart WSA after your testing.
Thanks,
Daniel 😉
