Is win 10 compatible with webroot
Page 1 / 1
Hi woodman
Welcome to the Community Forums.
I think that it is actually the other way around, i.e., is Webroot compatible with Windows 10? But either way the answer is the same, and is 'Yes'...it has been for a long time...way back with the early releases of v9.
Occassionally when upgrading to Windows 10 one may be asked to unintsall WSA but that as far as we are concerned is a glitch with Windows, and as uninstalling before and then reinstalling after the upgrade is so easy & quick with WSA...it is actually no biggie.
Please see HERE for a KB Article put together by the Community Team which may answer some more detailed questions.
Hope that helps?

I guess my question should have been, does password manager work with edge? I can not get the tool bar to be on the edge page.
Hi woodman
I am afraid that the simple answer is that one cannot...because Microsoft Edge does not have any functionality, currently, that allows extensions/addons as was/is the case with IE11.
It does look like Microsoft will open up Edge shortly to use add ons; there is currently an Insider Preview only build out, that does appear to allow 3 very specific addons only, but I suspect that this is just the start. Having said that we are unfortunately still a long way away from the day that we will be able to add the Webroot extensions to Edge.
If that is causing you an issue then can make use of IE11 which is still available under Windows 10...one just needs to know where to go to find it....which is Start Menus > All Apps > WIndows Accesories > Internet Explorer.
Hope that helps?
