I only get errors after I have purchased and downloaded Webroot. Why?

May I ask where you have purchased WSA from? Was it a Best Buy purchase or from Webroot.com?
If it is the former then you should contact Best Buy with the issue and they should sort it out for you. If the latter then you should Open a Support Ticket to report the issue to the Support Team, who should be able to assist with the issue.
