I have a sealed box and 1 year licence for Webroot Internet Security Complete 2011, what current Webroot software will the licence key work with?

Yes a Support Ticket but direct it to sales or you may have to call the sales line http://www.webroot.com/us/en/company/contact-us

That license should work with WSA, it will be in the old format but it should automatically get converted by the client (from what I can remember of the keycode transfer training!)
