Loads of problems!

Just activated my license and getting some problems.
 
1.  when i try activate phone, it says the phone has no internet - yet it does, and if i put my password in wrong it says wrong password?!
 
2. backup doesnt work, says 10gb on PC, go online and click manage my backups and says my account isnt ready yet
 
3. as above but for password manager to.
 
i got 365 more days of this!  please let it be resolved.
