Hi Lyle,
Yes others have mentioned that in Chrome as well it has to do with the Web Shield but as long as I see the Padlock on the WSA Tray Icon I have no worries and they are working on a way to better deliver the Web Shield so stay tuned.

Only happeining using PaleMoon Browser v24.7.2 (x86)........................Not happening with IE11.
