Hello I've been having issues withg this Browser extentsion with WSAC keeps asking to install/disable on my Mac Safari when I use Chrome. It has been doing this for a month or so and I'm not sure why it keeps popping up especially when Im using Chrome..maybe @ can help me here. When I click disable WSAC shuts down. Ant advise or should I request a support ticket?  :8

Hi Sherry

Sounds obvious but have you tried the old unistall, reboot, clean install, reboot scenario...as a first step.

😃 NO I haven't tried the obvious..  Good idea;) Its not so easy on an IMAC but it'll be good practice anyways so I'll do just that. Then the support team can help if I run into problems,

Thank you @ :D

Hello an uninstall and fresh install seems to of fixed the problem so far with the IMac. I did issue a support ticket because I couldn't install Password Manager or Back up sync wasn't working..the reason was I had wrong license code for 3 PC instead of WSAC upgraded license code. So now all is good to go..simplest things aren't so obvious 😉

Hi SSherjj

Glad to hear that yo uare sorted.  You are so right...sometimes the simple things are the most approrpiate and ultimately the right things to do...but all too often not considered...and I speak from experience, and then kicking myself preofusely for not thinking about them.

Hi,
Good thing about this is I got a Senerio on how to uninstall/ install for the IMAC...so I'm more comfortable doing this again if I have too.
