One Specific File Keeps Returning After Each Scan And Deletion Of It. I Would Like It Gone But It Is Persistent. The File Is:

C:\Windows\sysnative\pmls64.dll.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir.vir

After Each Scan And Deletion Another .vir Is Added To The End. How Do I Permanently Get Rid Of it?

Another Thing Is That When I Try To Get To The File It Says It Does Not Exist Within My Files. The File Was Labeled As Pua.Premier.Opinion
Hello @SADOMEN1,

Please Submit A Support Ticket and we can look at this further.

Thanks,

Did Sadomen1 get a resolution for this incident/problem? I haven’t done much to get rid of it yet, but I’m getting to it tonight and was wondering if there is a simple way to get Pua.Premier.Opinion
VoiceFive, Inc. sorted.

Our RMM is informing about the following:

PremierOpinion
PMLS64.DLL
%windir%\system32\
1.1 MB
Pua.Premier.Opinion
VoiceFive, Inc.

But it keeps coming back… Support ticket again?

Hello @MrZaka77,

If it keeps coming back, a Support Ticket would be the way to go.

Thanks,

-Dan
