How do I manage pop-ups to allow pop-ups or disable or remove pop-up blocking software?

It would be helpful it you could tell us what Windows OS you are using and what browser/browsers you have.

Hello tsyverson, and Welcome to the Webroot Community.  

 

Each browser will have settings for pop-ups. Here is info about how to access these with Firefox and Internet Explorer.

 

 Change security and privacy settings in Internet Explorer - Windows Help 

 

 Pop-up blocker settings, exceptions and troubleshooting | Firefox Help  

 

And the setting for individual ad-blocking software will be in that app itself...e.g. disable add-on in browser, or switch off.
