I was trying to login into my Webroot toolbar in Firefox. After using the correct login, I am told it is an unknown email. I updated Firefox and still have this issue. I logged into my Webroot account in the browser and checked my user account in manage users. It has the wrong keycode attached to my user account, but when I click on manage keycodes, it shows my current keycode I am using. My Webroot program has the right keycode attached saying I have 279 days left. Matter of fact everything in my account is accurate when it comes to my current keycode, except for this one thing.
The keycode shown on my user account is I believe the keycode I used the first time I got Webroot. I think that code was one I got for being a Best Buy employee a few years ago, as is the case with my current code that I have had for maybe 3 months. It doesn't allow me to change the keycode to the current one when I update info for my user account. I assume this is the reason why I'm having the toolbar problems, since it thinks I'm using an expired license. Can this be fixed?

Hello pexbian1984 and welcome to the Webroot Community!
You have already done 90% of the work here and discovered that individual profiles are indeed tied to a specific key code. This can indeed be fixed, but it must be done by Webroot Support. I would suggest that you include the following to make it quicker and easier to correct this for you:
Your OLD key code
Your NEW key code
The email address of ALL profiles that need to be re-associated to the new key code.

Thanks so much for the speedy reply, I'll get right on that. Thanks to a previous job, I know to do as much troubleshooting as possible before asking for help. 😃
