Hi again, as above

my 3 Samsung tablets are all showing 28 left to expiry, however my 4 PCs following early licence  renewal have 392 days showing.

My question is, was the Free mobile protection for a limited period only, or is there a gltch in the system

(update) when I renewed I was given another product key, which I inputed successfully, however all references now show the previous (older) product key. Do I need to input the later product key to cure the problem, or was later key a temporary measure just for the upload?

In anticipation thanks

Hello roadhog!

Welcome to the Community Forum.

Woulld you please try this and uninstall the free version and reinstall and see if it comes back with the new keycode?

Let us know how this turns out or if you need more help! I will check into this further as well!

Thanks!
Hi Sherry, have unistalled WSA mobile from one of my tablets, however finding a workable link to install is more problematical.

Have gone to the Amazon site (where I have an account) and found the free product, but there is NO useable link. Help!

Hello roadhog,

You do have WebrootSecureAnywhere Complete right? Did you download this from the Google Play Store? If so here is the Download from Google Play for WSAC

If you got SecureAnywhere COMPLETE:

If you have the incorrect App installed on the tablet.  Uninstall the Webroot app that you have there, and search in the market for Webroot, then look for SecureAnywhere Complete.  It is also free, but it is a different app than Webroot Security & Antivirus.  Once the SecureAnywhere Complete app is installed, make sure you have signed up on the computer first at http://my.webrootanywhere.com/, then open the App and it will ask you to log in and provide your Complete license key code.

Let me know how this works out ...
I have, it's so long ago now I can't remember where I downloaded it from, will investigate further on Play store and get back to you

Hi roadhog, I've got the link to the Google Play store for WSAC in last post
Hi Sherry, yes found it in Playstore and downloaded it successfully. (with yet another product key) Also this download must be a newer version as it only has one tab where the previous incarnation had 3 separate ones.

Went back into the Mobile console and found that my tablet was protected and linked to the Anywhere console.

I then deleted the old tab link successfully. Will have to do the same with my other 2 tablets.

Thanks for your help Sherry, appreciated

update

It appears that in my haste I had downloaded the one you said not to (antivirus)

However have resolved the problem

1. I uninstalled the unwanted app

2. Attempted to downloaded the correct one  (error 903 ? not sure if this number is accurate)

2a. rebooted the Tab 2

3. Accessed my Anywhere Complete consul and deleted the mobile tab relating to my Tab2

(generated for the unwanted App)

4. Then it allowed me to download the correct App

5. Inputted my email addy, password and Key code (the old one that is still showing on my account (it didn't accept it)

6. same again but inputted the keycode from the early bird renewal purchase and it accepted it.

So my PC has the old Keycode and the Tab 2 has the one from the early renewal.

(both now show the correct 391 days to next renewal)

Next in line are my wife's and son's Tablets, will let you know how it goes.
