I just bought a new laptop and want to get rid of the old one. I know that you used to be able to to move the files from one synced computer to another. Am i still able to do that and if so how?

Hello 1seashell and welcome to the Webroot Community!
Let me start off by saying that I do not use the Synch part of the software regularly, so I am not positive about this. I have, however, found a setting that appears that it may do the job for you.
Open WSA.
Click the 'gear tool' next to Backup&Sync
Click the Folders tab
At the lower right corner, click the "Link to an existing Cloud Folder" button
See if this helps and let us know!

David,
Thank you so much! I was able to get my files on to my new computer. I read your line about your Toshiba, I just replaced my old A305 with this new P55t. Windows 8.1 and a touch screen take some getting used to. LOL

Good morning!
I am glad that was the right setting! I use that feature for backing up one certain folder, but not the Sync part.
Yes, the old L305's were not the top of the line, but they were built pretty well! The biggest problem I have with it is the bad heat management design: The big heatsink design gets clogged with dustbunnies and cause trouble. Other than that it has been a really good machine and I have been pleased with it. I too am looking to retire it soon, and I might end up getting just what you got :)
