My iPhone5 doesn't allow access to photo album from the Backup&Sync app. I did went to the privacy tab and look in "photo" so I can toggle the button to allow access, but Backup & Sync app isn't even on the list and every time I try to upload from camera roll, it says the app isn't allow to use camera roll. Why hasn't this app request access? And how do I fix this? I bought the most expensive product solely because of the 25GB cloud storage so I can upload all my pics in it.

I uploaded pics for you to see what I mean. It doesn't even begin to search or do anything other than just saying "this app isn't allowed to use camera roll". I understand that all the apps must be granted permission by me to be able to access camera roll. The problem is I DID NOT EVEN GET A CHANCE TO ALLOW IT". And on the privacy tab for camera roll, backup and sync app isn't in it for me to be able to toggle on/off button either.
Hello diceman1984,
Sorry to hear you are having this issue. Lets try a few things here and hope this helps.
Have you signed into your Account Console?
Make sure you have Mobile, Backup & Sync/ Passwords enabled in your User Profile in the Console.
Next, go to the Account Console and log in. If you have not yet created your Account Console, you need to do this in order to log into the mobile apps correctly.
Once logged in, click your email address at the upper right corner and choose "Manage Users" from the dropdown.
Locate the profile (Email address) you are wanting to use to log in. Check to make sure that all permissions are set to Access. Since you have WSA Complete for your computer, you will need Mobile Security, Back & Synch and Passwords all set to access.
If these permissions are not correct, click the little "person icon" at the far right end of the profile you need to edit. On the next screen, click the Access & Permissions tab at the top. Adjust your settings here, and while you are here check the key code listed. Changes to settings in the Account Console can take 20-30 minutes to take effect,
You can also submit that Trouble Ticket (free of charge) for further help!
Please let us know how you do,
Best Regards,

Ok one of our support folks found a solution for this one:
1. Go into Backup & Sync on your iOS device.
2. Log in if you have not yet.
3. Click on the Camera Options.
4. Click on the camera icon in the upper right.
5. Choose the option to "Take Photo".
6. You actually have to take a picture.
7. After the picture is taken choose "Use Photo".
8. There should be an prompt to access photos make sure to click, Allow.
After that has been done you should be able to upload previous photos.
