my product is for three PC,s . But it is not loading for the 2nd computer.

Would yo be able to provide a little more information as to exactly what you have tried to do on the second machine, what stage of the installation process you get to, and what messages or warnings you get that lead you to bellieve that the installation is not happening?
 
This will help us diagnose the issue and provide advice.

Make sure the PC has a connection to the Internet as WSA needs to be online for it to install correctly from the Cloud.
