My tablet keeps dropping off my protected list at the Console.

Everytime I reinstall the App on my tablet (Android 4.4) it instantly appears on the list but is gone the next day.
Support hasn't been able to figure it out yet.  Has anybody else having this problem?

    Sorry to hear this. I haven't ever heard of this issue and therefore I haven't a solution for you. Is the Android being deactivated by any chance in your online Account Console? Is support still working on a this for you?

    Yes, it keeps vanishing from the online Console.  I talked to Support again today and they are investigating the cause.  I told them it seems like the problem is with the Webroot website.
