My Webroot password manager widget will not recognize my credentials. Every time I try to log into it, it tells me that it does not recognize my email address, even though I am already logged into my browser. Google Chrome.

I have moved your post to the proper thread, in the future please try to post in your product thread, not events and conferences, or the business side of the community.
In regards to your issue logging into the toolbar, you have not yet granted the password permissions in your account.
Please follow the instructions below to do this.
1) Login to your management console here.
2) Click your email in the top right hand corner
3) Select Manage Users in the drop down menu
4) Click the little blue person on the far right hand side of the screen (When you hover over this icon it will say "Edit user details/permissions."
5) Click the "Access and Permissions" tab
6) Check the box for passwords
After doing this a prompt will be displayed that says it will take 15 minutes before you can use this feature.
Wait the 15 minutes and then try again, at this point you should be able to login.
