Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community Forums!

The best thing to do is to contact support and ask Webroot Support to take a look this for you.  There is no charge for this if you are a WSA license holder, with a current subscription.

Hi triddle

Welcome to the Community Forums.

As Petrovice has quite rightly recommended contacting Support is your best option as we volunteers do not have access to the Webroot back office systems.

Having said that, is it possible that (i) before purchaisng your WSA subscription you took a trial, & (ii) you then bought a subscription that resulted in you having to enter a new keycode rather than converting your trail into a paid for subscription?  If so then it is possible that you are being notified of the expiry of the trial keycode rather than your current paid for keycode...that is all?

Eitherway, Support should be able to sort you out on this and if not then do come back here and we will see if we can faciliate the resolution for you.

Regards, Baldrick
