Anybody has the same problem
Hi satyr1,

Welcome to the Community Forum,

Would you want to do a uninstall/ clean install of Webroot just to see if Webroot might be the issue?

Please do a clean reinstall of WSA and Please follow the steps closely! For a PC only, noty a Mac.

  • Make sure you have a copy of your 20 Character Alphanumeric Keycode! Example:SA69-AANA-A783-DE78-C584
  • KEEP the computer online for Uninstall and Reinstall to make sure it works correctly
  • Download a Copy Here (Best Buy Subscription PC users click HERE)
  • Uninstall WSA and Reboot
  • Install with the new installer, enter your Keycode and don't import any settings if asked to as you can set it up as you like once it's done
  • Let it finish it's install scan
  • Reboot once again
Please let us know if that resolves your issue?

Thanks,

Hello and Welcome to the Webroot Community!

Just to add to what Sherry said can you do a Scan and Save a Scan Log and look for how many files have [u] in front here is an Example:

[u] c:windowssystem32 askschd.dll [MD5: 8E2833EEF1C1F52556761ACC52054CD5] [Flags: 40011000.289]

[u] c:windowssystem32ondemandconnroutehelper.dll [MD5: 74FBED4952D9DB459B1F34F14B7F5BE8] [Flags: 40010000.286]

[u] c:windowssystem32msxml6.dll [MD5: 72F0A38004FC4101692A05E0919F4F14] [Flags: 40011000.292]

[u] c:windowssystem32dwrite.dll [MD5: 0509918868E87807D0A065AD289E6B83] [Flags: 40010000.226]

And see here how to Save a Scan Log: http://www.webroot.com/En_US/SecureAnywhere/PC/WSA_PC_Help.htm#C11_ReportsandViewers/CH11a_SavingScanLog.htm and if you have more than 20 please Submit a Support Ticket to get your files Whitelisted as all should be [g]

Thanks,

Daniel ;)
