Need help with uninstall trial version and install purchased version

Hello jbt0911. Welcome to the Community!
 
Usually it is not needed to uninstall the trial, or instsll a paid version after using the trial.  Have you tried to simply enter your paid for key code into the trial?  You see, WSA uses the same installer for all versions, it is simply the key code currently in use that determines what features are opened for use.
 
Open the copy of WSA that is installed.
Click on the gear tool next to My Account
Enter the new paid for key code and activate.
 
See if that helps and let us know!  There are other steps we can do if thst fails.
 
 
(Pleqse note that while all standard versions all use the same installer, the Best Buy Subscription Software key codes DO require a different download.  If you purchased your paid for copy at Best Buy, please let us know.)
 
Also, please forgive my typos.... numb fingers and tablet touchscreens do not always mix....  ;)
