New activation failed to add time to account

I bought a new keycode instead of renewing too add time to my subscription that is about to expire. When I activated it, it failed to add the time and instead added 5 more devices to my account. That is NOT what I wanted.

Since you posted in the Complete section and I assume you have the Complete version and using a NEW keycode make sure you save your Back Up & Sync Files and Passwords from your Password Manager as all will be lost when using a new keycode if you are using these features? And support can help you retrieve them for you but for a very short of time!
