Activated my new key and now my password manager will not work...

Please help!!!

When activating a new Key Code instead of renewing your old one, the Password Manager does quit working because  your user profiles are associated with a specific Key Code (in this case.. the old one.)

 

You will want to Submit a Trouble  Ticket for this.  Webroot Support has the ability to change the association of your user profile from the old key code to the new one.  You might want to provide your old key code and your new key code on the Trouble Ticket (Please do not post your key codes here in the Community).

I am afraid not: I am not a Webroot employee so I do not have access to do that.  All Webroot employees on the Community have a green W next to thier user name.

 

By filing a Support Ticket, it will proably get done faster as there is not currently a Webroot Mod logged in here, though sometimes on duty Support techs to read the Community.
